Froggen becomes part of Dignitas’ starting roster for 2020

Dignitas Completes Roster with Addition of Froggen for 2020 LCS Season

Dignitas has officially announced the addition of veteran mid laner Henrik “Froggen” Hansen to its League of Legends roster for the upcoming 2020 LCS season.

In addition to Froggen, the team will be composed of top laner Heo “Huni” Seung-hoon, former TSM jungler Jonathan “Grig” Armao, AD carry Johnson “Johnsun” Nguyen, and former 100 Thieves’ support Zaqueri “aphromoo” Black. The organization has overcome the challenge of finding players to sign after dedicating a significant portion of its budget to Huni’s contract extension.

Last year, Froggen played as the mid laner for the Golden Guardians, a team that struggled to make an impact in the LCS playoffs. Despite the team’s shortcomings, Froggen’s individual performances stood out, including impressive early-game statistics and the highest kill participation percentage among LCS mid laners in the summer split.

Looking Ahead to the New Season

Although Dignitas’ roster may not inspire much confidence among fans and analysts, there is an opportunity for the team to prove detractors wrong when the new season kicks off in a month. With a mix of experienced players and potential up-and-comers, it remains to be seen what Dignitas’ lineup is capable of achieving.
