FlyQuest extends win streak, defeats TSM in 2021 LCS Summer Split week 7

FlyQuest Academy Makes a Splash in the LCS

FlyQuest’s Academy roster made a thrilling debut on the LCS stage, delivering an exciting performance. They carried this success into the seventh week of the Summer Split, securing another significant victory.

TSM initially dominated the game, maintaining control until the final two team fights. However, FlyQuest’s new roster proved their ability to strike back, regardless of the enemy team’s lead. With this determined mindset, they achieved their fourth consecutive win, leaving their previous 10-loss streak far behind.

From the match’s start, FlyQuest’s promising new LCS talents displayed a completely different performance from their 3-0 debut the previous week. Early game solo kills and dives put them at a significant disadvantage, making it seem impossible to recover against TSM. Yet, Diamond’s game-changing engagement made all the difference.

Utilizing the Baron buff, TSM aimed to take down the remaining towers in the top lane and breach FlyQuest’s base. However, Diamond, playing Rakan, seized the opportunity when he saw the clustered TSM squad. His engaging move turned the tide in FlyQuest’s favor, unpredictably altering the game’s outcome. TSM’s desperate attempts to halt the Academy players proved futile, ultimately resulting in another win for FlyQuest’s new roster.

FlyQuest continued their momentum with surprising victories on the first day of week seven, following Immortals’ upset against Cloud9. This triumph propels FlyQuest further up the LCS standings, establishing their presence among the mid-tier teams.
