Jarvan IV Joins the Dark Star Skin Series in League of Legends
In the latest PBE update, it has been revealed that Jarvan IV will be receiving a new skin as part of the popular Dark Star series. This marks his first new skin since Fnatic Jarvan was released in 2014.
Although the skin’s specific name has not been disclosed yet, it incorporates the signature cosmic purples, blacks, and golds that are characteristic of the Dark Star Thresh, Varus, Orianna, and Kha’Zix skins. It also features similar animations and sound effects, as well as a striking black hole in the middle of his spear.
As with other skins in the Dark Star family, this new Jarvan IV skin will come with intricate details and unique abilities, such as custom recall and ability animations, as well as visual and sound effects. Based on this level of quality, it is expected that the skin will be priced at either 1,350 or 1,820 RP, in line with the pricing of other Dark Star skins.
While a specific release date has not been announced yet, the skin is included in the PBE’s Patch 8.4 cycle, suggesting that it will most likely be launched alongside the official patch in approximately two weeks.
