According to the development team, 2XKO is pronounced exactly as it is spelled, and it reflects the game’s emphasis on two-on-two combat. Despite this alignment, the wider FGC has criticized the name, comparing it to a fledgling crypto project and questioning its connection to a biological structural basis.
