Faker’s Flawless Display: Lee Sin Mid Dominance in League’s Solo Queue

Faker Dominates with Lee Sin Mid in League of Legends Match

Faker showcased his skill with an unconventional pick in the mid lane. During a recent Twitch broadcast, the Unkillable Demon King played Lee Sin and recorded a remarkable performance of 12 kills and zero deaths.

In one notable play, Faker aggressively dove the enemy turret to secure a kill on Kassadin, even after the low-health Bard flashed to safety. Although he couldn’t finish off Kassadin due to his escape ability, the play demonstrated Faker’s skill and fearlessness.

Faker utilized teleport on Lee Sin to enhance the champion’s mobility and global presence. This summoner spell also aided him in farming and quick recalls. Additionally, a failed enemy gank early in the game resulted in two kills for Faker’s team, giving them an early advantage.

It’s worth mentioning that Faker chose to play Lee Sin into Kassadin, a champion with a weak early game. This decision allowed Faker to exploit Kassadin’s struggles to farm before reaching level six.

While Lee Sin mid is not a conventional pick and may not be suitable for solo queue games, Faker’s performance serves as inspiration for those wanting to try the champion in a different role. It’s important to be prepared and have a game plan in mind.

Faker began the match with Cull to focus on farming minions and accumulating gold. The early mishap from the enemy team helped him secure additional gold, leading to the purchase of Phage. Black Cleaver, an essential item for Lee Sin, was Faker’s first completed item, followed by Death’s Dance, Mercury Treads, Sterak’s Gage, and Guardian Angel.

This itemization provides Lee Sin with damage, health, and sustain, allowing for longevity in fights and multiple escape options. These items synergize well with the Conqueror and Triumph runes, granting Lee Sin increased healing as he remains in battle.
