EU LCS Week 6: Sneak Peek and Forecasts

The Tension Rises in Week Six of LCS

As we approach the end of the season, the pressure is mounting for LCS teams. With each game being a best of one, every match is crucial, especially for struggling teams like H0-2k and Unicorns of Love. Unfortunately for the Unicorns, they have only won one out of their last six games. Their week six schedule against top teams Origen and H2k doesn’t bode well for them. Unless they can turn things around quickly, they may end up following the footsteps of 2013 NA’s Good Game University, who made a late surge in spring playoffs only to end up in the relegation zone in the summer.

Key Games to Watch

Day 1: Roccat (4-6) vs SK Gaming (3-7)

Both teams are desperate for a win.

SK Gaming needs to start winning games against teams like Roccat if they hope to make their spring split championship points count. Despite struggling with an identity crisis and lacking a hard carry, SK Gaming has shown signs of improvement lately.

Roccat, on the other hand, has been struggling with their identity crisis since the start of the split. They were once seen as a top 3 team but have failed to live up to expectations.

Prediction: SK Gaming

Day 1: Elements (4-6) vs H2k Gaming (7-3)

Elements’ performance is unpredictable, but they’re likely to lose.

H2k Gaming, coming off an 0-2 week, is hungry for redemption. MVPs Ryu and KaSing are expected to lead the team to a 2-0 week.

Prediction: H2k Gaming

Fnatic: The Unstoppable Team

Day 1: vs Giants Gaming (5-5)

Day 2: vs Copenhagen Wolves (2-8)

Fnatic has had a remarkable 10-0 start to the season. This week’s matches against Giants Gaming and Copenhagen Wolves shouldn’t pose much of a challenge for them, considering the weaknesses of their opponents.

Prediction: 12-0 Fnatic

Special Upset Mention – Day 2: Elements (4-6) vs Origen (7-2)

There’s a small chance for an upset, but it’s unlikely.

Prediction: Origen
