Disappointing Season for HLE

HLE had a tough year, finishing eighth in the 2020 LCK Spring Split and ninth in the Summer Split. The team brought in some new players for the Summer Split in hopes of improving their standing, but unfortunately, the results only got worse.

Legendary CuVee Faces Challenges

Data ->
CuVee is a legend among LCK top laners. He played most of his career under the Samsung banner, with which he won the 2017 World Championship. Once known as one of the strongest top laners in the LCK, CuVee now seemingly has issues adapting to the meta. He joined HLE this year and wasn’t able to replicate his previous performances from his time on Samsung and Gen.G.

New Opportunity for Haru

Haru, who spent most of his time on Samsung as a backup jungler, finally had a chance to shine this year when he joined HLE. Despite starting for most of the year, he couldn’t find success.

Rookies in the Limelight

HLE’s top lane and jungle positions are now filled by rookies DuDu and CaD. It remains uncertain if they will start or if the organization plans to rebuild around the former Griffin bottom lane duo, Viper and Lehends.
