Content creators unveil debut gameplay footage of Teamfight Tactics

League of Legends’ Teamfight Tactics Autobattler Revealed

Get ready, League of Legends fans! The highly anticipated autobattler game mode, Teamfight Tactics, has been unveiled.

Excitingly, several popular YouTubers and Twitch streamers have already shared videos and livestreams showcasing Teamfight Tactics. This provides fans with an exclusive first look at the game prior to its release on League’s Public Beta Environment tomorrow.

Selected Content Creators Given Early Access

Riot Games reached out to a group of content creators who specialize in League, autobattlers, and card games. Notable figures such as Octavian “Kripparrian” Morosan and Jason “Amaz” Chan have uploaded videos on YouTube, giving viewers an introductory glimpse into the game. Additionally, popular League streamers like William “scarra” Li have also shared their experiences with Teamfight Tactics.

It’s worth mentioning that these early videos predominantly feature Riot Games employees playing alongside the content creators. This was likely done to ensure shorter queue times due to limited player access to the game mode.

Availability and Competition

Currently, there are no livestreams of Teamfight Tactics available. However, the game will be accessible to all players on the PBE starting tomorrow, June 18th. If you don’t have access to the test servers, don’t worry! The game will officially launch with the 9.13 update on June 25th, allowing everyone to play.

Teamfight Tactics will compete against Valve’s Dota Underlords and the stand-alone game Auto Chess, created by the developers of the Dota 2 Auto Chess mod. While all three titles are relatively new, none have yet dominated the PC player base.
