Fudge joined C9 Academy in 2020 and helped the team achieve great success in the Spring Split. They finished with an impressive 14-4 record and secured the championship. Fudge was one of the top-performing top laners in the split, with the second-highest KDA among his peers. Despite being susceptible to counter-picks, he showcased his skills and versatility throughout the season.

In the following season, Fudge continued to impress in the C9 Academy. The team finished first with a 13-5 record and claimed back-to-back Academy trophies with only one loss in the playoffs.

Fudge maintained his stellar performance in the Summer Split, leading all top laners with a 6.3 KDA. His diverse champion pool and high damage output made him a formidable force in the game.

A New Chapter for Cloud9

Fudge’s promotion to Cloud9’s starting lineup means that Licorice will become a free agent in the offseason. As a First-Team All-Pro player, Licorice will undoubtedly attract interest from multiple teams for the upcoming season.
