Chovy Highlights Top Four Strongest Teams in LCK for Upcoming Year

All LCK Teams’ Rosters for 2023 Season Revealed: Gen.G’s Chovy Highlights Strong Contenders

The rosters for all LCK teams for the upcoming 2023 season have been unveiled, and Gen.G’s mid laner, Chovy, has identified the teams that he believes are the strongest contenders. In an interview with Inven Global, Chovy mentioned that the upcoming year will be highly competitive, highlighting T1, Hanwha Life, DWG KIA, and KT Rolster as the teams to watch.

In terms of roster changes, each of these teams made some adjustments, except for T1, who kept their entire roster intact. It comes as no surprise, as Faker and his crew were finalists in both the Mid-Season Invitational and the League of Legends World Championship in 2022, and also emerged as champions of the 2022 LCK Spring Split.

DWG KIA, despite making a surprising run to the semifinals of Worlds 2022, decided to make some changes to their lineup. They acquired 2022 world champion Deft and added Canna as their top laner.

Hanwha Life also made significant signings, bringing in Kingen and Zeka, who were part of DRX’s roster in 2022 and won the world championship. They will join Viper, who returned from LPL after a less successful season.

KT Rolster bolstered their roster by adding LCK veterans Lehends, Kiin, and Bdd.

The exact start date for the 2023 LCK Spring Split is yet to be announced. However, based on previous seasons, it can be expected to begin around the same time as the previous season, which started on Jan. 12.
