Former Excel Jungler Caedrel Returns to Organization as Content Creator

Marc “Caedrel” Lamontis, former Excel jungler and current LEC caster, has announced his return to the organization as a content creator. While continuing his casting duties in the LEC, Caedrel will also excel in content creation for Excel.

Separate Endeavor from League Casting

Caedrel expressed his excitement about returning to Excel and clarified that his work with the organization as a content creator will be separate from his League casting duties. He aims to contribute to the brand’s content output and engagement, as stated in the official statement released by Excel.

Caedrel reassured his fans that his responsibilities in the LEC and his stream content will not be affected by his new role as a content creator. He emphasized his commitment to providing game analysis and commentary, regardless of the teams playing. Caedrel jokingly expressed his excitement about watching playoffs from the sidelines.

During his final year as a professional player in 2020, Caedrel also contributed to Riot’s talent team for the EU Masters Summer and the World Championship. In the following year, he continued his casting and analytical career by participating in both LEC Splits, MSI, and Worlds 2021. Additionally, Caedrel streamed on Twitch, showcasing his multi-talented skills.

Excel CEO Wouter Sleijffers praised Caedrel as a multi-talented and prominent figure in the British esports scene. Sleijffers expressed excitement about reuniting with Caedrel and anticipated their future achievements together.
