Nerfing Aphelios and Mordekaiser

Patch 10.1 will be released on Wednesday, Jan. 8. Server maintenance is expected to begin at 5am CT, and the patch will be available to play around three hours later, at 8am CT. Season 10 will commence two days later, on Friday, Jan. 10, at a similar time.
