Winners of Patch 12.18
Although Patch 12.18 doesn’t bring major meta changes, Lee Sin and Thresh have managed to rise to the top. These champions receive buffs that make them worthy contenders in the current patch and potentially at the Worlds 2022 tournament.
While Ashe also receives buffs, they are not enough to steer her away from the popular M&M build (Manamune/Mandate).
Losers of Patch 12.18
Hecarim, Lulu, and Kayn are heavily affected by Patch 12.18. Despite Miss Fortune and Kalista also needing nerfs, their adjustments are relatively minor compared to the nerfs received by Hecarim, Lulu, and Kayn, which significantly impact their strong early-game performances.
Hecarim’s damage and healing have been reduced across the board, severely affecting his potential as a drain-tank.
Kayn also suffers from a nerf to his Reaping Slash damage, which reduces his ability to deal significant damage to the enemy team while healing himself.
