Isurus, the representatives of the LLA at the 2022 League of Legends World Championship, surprised everyone by picking Teemo, the Swift Scout, for their top laner ADD. Despite the crowd’s enthusiastic response, this unconventional choice couldn’t secure a win for Isurus against RNG. ADD had never played Teemo professionally before, but he managed to win both games with an impressive 23/4/20 KDA.

While the current top lane meta favors champions like Gnar, Aatrox, and Ornn, Teemo offers less utility and is rarely seen in professional play or solo queue. However, his ability to poison, blind, and slow opponents, including while invisible, makes him a frustrating opponent to face in lane.
