League of Legends Spring Split 2022 Schedule Revealed

League of Legends competitive play is set to make its return soon, and fans can mark their calendars as Riot Games has officially announced that the LPL 2022 Spring Split will kick off on Jan. 10. The schedule has also been unveiled, revealing the biggest series to watch.

The Spring Split will start with a match between OMG and TT at 3am CT on Jan. 10. However, the series that is expected to draw more attention is the rematch between FPX and RNG, who faced off in the 2021 Spring Split finals. While RNG’s roster only saw the addition of top laner Chen “Bin” Ze-Bin, FPX underwent a major roster overhaul, leaving fans curious to see if they can maintain their position as a top team in the league.

The LPL Spring Split will feature two best-of-three series every day from Jan. 10 to March 20, spanning a total of nine weeks of matches. Some weeks will also include three best-of-three series in the latter half. There will be a break between the third and fourth weeks of the Spring Split, from Jan. 27 to Feb. 10.

Fans can catch all the action on the LPL Twitch channel and YouTube, with English-speaking commentary.

The regular series will be held in six different venues across China, including LNG, LGD, OMG, JDG, and Team WE’s venues. The season will start in Shanghai’s regular venue.
