Analysing the Teams in the EU Challenger Series Spring 2016 Season Qualifier

In this article, we will be discussing the two teams that have qualified from the Challenger Series Open Qualifier from EU-West: Millenium and Team HUMA. They will be competing in the final qualifier to determine the two teams joining the EU Challenger Series Spring 2016 Season.

Millenium: The Favorites

Millenium is considered the favorite to win this competition as they only dropped one map during the qualifier against Born To Win (aka Na`Vi). What’s interesting about this team is that none of the players have played in the LCS before.

Team HUMA: Former LCS Players

Team HUMA is filled with individual talent and former LCS players from both NA and EU. They secured the 2nd seed in the qualifier, only losing to Millenium in the finals with a score of 2-0.

Giants Underdoges: LVP Season 9 Champions

Giants Underdoges, winners of LVP Season 9, are aiming to follow in the footsteps of their sister team and secure an LCS spot. However, after the departure of their star midlaner Caedrel, they face a tough challenge.

Renegades: Banditos

The Banditos, now under the banner of Renegades, have come to Europe with a team full of young talent. They have the potential to cause an upset in the qualifier if they perform to their fullest.
