A YouTuber’s Incredible Combination of PUBG and League of Legends

Riot Games Creates PUBG-like Game Mode in League of Legends

What would happen if Riot Games created its own battle royale game mode? YouTuber Leader has the answer in a short video that showcases a PUBG-like game mode inside of League of Legends.

The video is filled with references and nods to both PUBG and League. The chat displays different League players’ names, as well as references and memes from the League community. Classic weapons and items from PUBG have been replaced with League items and summoner spells.

Instead of parachuting in from a plane, players are dropped into Summoner’s Rift from an Infernal Dragon, adding a unique twist to the game. The elements that make PUBG great are seamlessly translated into the League universe, with Gangplank ultimates taking the place of bombs and players cursing through their microphones when they are killed. The iconic PUBG formula and layout remain intact on Summoner’s Rift.

Leader’s video is a fantastic blend of features from both games, and fans of PUBG and League will definitely enjoy watching it—unless, of course, you hate Teemo.
