League of Legends Patch Updates Continue in 2023

How Often Does Riot Release League Patches?
League of Legends receives game-changing patches every two weeks. The Riot Games development team has maintained this 14-day turnaround for most of the game’s lifespan, ensuring that the decade-old game remains fresh with regular changes, character releases, buffs and nerfs, and more. Although there may be occasional delays for holidays or Riot office shutdowns, players can generally expect a new League update every two weeks.

What is the Current League Patch?
The current patch for League of Legends is Patch 13.16. In the first August update, Caitlyn received buffs, Naafiri had a shock backflip, and Duskblade of Draktharr received significant nerfs.
