100 Thieves finalize academy squad with the addition of Levi

Vietnamese Jungler Levi Moves to Los Angeles to Join 100 Thieves’ Academy Roster

Vietnamese jungler Do “Levi” Duy Khanh, known for his aggressive play style and unique strategies, will be joining 100 Thieves’ new academy roster in Los Angeles, the team announced on Twitter today.

Levi made a name for himself at the 2017 Mid-Season Invitational, where his exceptional play helped the GIGABYTE Marines secure wins against top teams like TSM, Team WE, and G2 Esports. His performance continued to impress at the World Championship, particularly in the match against Fnatic, where his Nocturne reached level six by five minutes, making it one of the most memorable matches in World Championship history.

100 Thieves’ Academy Roster

Alongside Levi, 100 Thieves has recruited top laner Maxwell “Kaizen” Waldo, mid laner Allen “Linsanity” Lin, AD carry Richard “Rikara” Samuel Oh, and support Ryan “Whyin” Karaszkiewicz.

Kaizen and Linsanity have limited competitive experience, with their participation in this year’s Scouting Grounds tournament being their main highlight. On the other hand, Rikara and Whyin played in the North American Challenger Series for Gold Coin United in 2017. Although Gold Coin United won both NA CS splits that year, they were unable to advance to the NA LCS through the promotion tournament.

NA LCS Academy League Updates

100 Thieves is the sixth NA LCS organization to finalize its roster for the upcoming Academy League. Team Liquid, Clutch Gaming, and OpTic Gaming are yet to announce their academy teams.

The NA LCS Academy League is scheduled to begin on January 18, with the first broadcast set for January 19. More details regarding specific times and match schedules are yet to be revealed.
