Record-Breaking Attendance at ICE and iGB Affiliate Shows in London
The global gaming industry showed strong support for the final editions of ICE and iGB Affiliate held in London, with a total of 52,345 professionals attending both events. This marks a significant increase in attendance compared to previous years.
Setting New Records Ahead of Relocation to Barcelona
Before the events move to Barcelona in January 2025, new records were set at ICE and iGB Affiliate. ICE saw a 12% year-on-year increase in unique attendance, with a total of 45,050 professionals. Meanwhile, iGB Affiliate welcomed 7,295 unique visitors, a 27% increase from the previous record set in 2023.
100,000+ Visitor Days at ExCeL London
This year, the ExCeL London exhibition saw over 100,000 person days spent by gaming industry professionals. This is the highest number of visitor days in the nearly nine-decade history of the exhibition.
Representatives from 164 Nations Attend
ICE and iGB Affiliate attracted attendees from 164 nations around the world. Representatives traveled to London from countries such as the United States, Brazil, Germany, and Spain. The United Kingdom, excluding the host country, had a significant attendance as well.
Stuart Hunter, Managing Director of Clarion Gaming, expressed gratitude towards the industry for creating an energetic and optimistic environment at the events. He emphasized the positive response from exhibitors and visitors, highlighting the high satisfaction rating of ICE at 95 out of 100.
Naomi Barton, Portfolio Director, described the response to iGB Affiliate as “phenomenal,” with record-breaking attendance and positive performance indicators. The event received rave reviews and saw a high volume of re-bookings for the Barcelona edition.
