SuperWorld Collaborates with Tilia to Empower its Digital Economy

SuperWorld and Tilia Announce Strategic Partnership

SuperWorld, the virtual world mapped onto the real world, and Tilia, the leading payment platform for digital creator economies, have joined forces in a strategic partnership. This collaboration introduces SuperWorld’s new in-game currency, SuperWorldX (SWX), which enables monetization features for virtual real estate in real-world locations. It also offers a wide range of benefits to SuperWorld users.

SuperWorld is an augmented reality (AR) virtual world that overlays the Earth’s surface. Plots of SuperWorld land represent real-world spaces as digital assets. Virtual real estate owners in SuperWorld can activate monetization through ticket sales, digital commerce, e-commerce, advertising, and gaming on their properties. Users can explore and create AR content, engage in the virtual real estate marketplace, create and share digital assets, or build digital twins of their physical property.

Hrish Lotlikar, CEO of SuperWorld, stated, “SuperWorld is a gateway for mainstream users to benefit from the power of new technologies that are transforming our world. Our mission is to build a virtual world that enhances people’s real lives and positively impacts the Earth. Our partnership with Tilia will help power our digital economy in SuperWorld and enable seamless buying and selling of virtual items and services for our SuperCitizens.”

Through the Tilia integration, virtual real estate owners in SuperWorld can earn SuperWorldX from ticket sales for live sports, concerts, and theater events. This partnership with SI Tickets by Sports Illustrated allows users to accumulate in-world currency and receive cash in return.

Users in SuperWorld can also earn SuperWorldX by purchasing virtual real estate, creating and sharing content, creating business profiles, digital twins, and through daily prizes for visiting the map. SuperWorldX provides opportunities for users to engage with their favorite brands and engage in peer-to-peer commerce.

Brad Oberwager, CEO of Tilia LLC, expressed his support for SuperWorld’s unique business model. Tilia was built to provide customization for the various virtual, creator-based economies that are emerging every day.
