The New Board Members of Raketech Group Holding Plc

The shareholders of Raketech Group Holding Plc met in Malta to conduct an extraordinary general meeting. The meeting resulted in the appointment of Marina Andersson and Patrick Jonker as new members of the Company’s Board of Directors until the next annual general meeting.
Marina Andersson has over 20 years of senior corporate development and M&A experience. She has worked with financial and strategic advisory, transaction structuring, financial analysis, and company valuation at Stillfront Group, Deloitte, Carnegie, and ICECAPITAL. Patrick Jonker brings valuable experience from senior positions at casino and sportsbetting operators including Betsson Group and William Hill.
Pierre Cadena, who previously served as a director, resigned from his role on October 9, 2023. Johan Svensson also stepped down from the director role on October 10, 2023, to focus on his position as Chief Commercial Officer for the group.
The Board of Directors now consists of the following members:
