Highlight Games Introduces New Suite of Video Virtual Tennis Products

Highlight Games Launches New Suite of Video Virtual Tennis Products

London-based video virtuals and instant win games specialist Highlight Games Limited today announces that it has entered into an agreement with Tennis Data Innovations (TDI) that will grant access to hundreds of hours of archive tennis footage from the ATP Tour for use in a new suite of video virtual sports products.

New Suite of Games Featuring ATP Tour Archive Footage

Highlight’s new suite of games featuring footage from ATP Media’s archive library will include tournament and single match games plus an innovative new ‘Chase the Ace’ instant win product, a first-of-its-kind for tennis in the virtual sports market.

To play Chase the Ace, once customers place a stake they are presented with a set of six tennis ball icons, which, when selected, reveal a randomly selected video clip from an archive spanning decades of the ATP Tour, featuring legends of the game, past and present. Prizes are awarded for aces and revealing six aces wins the jackpot, with additional in-play opportunities to win cash prizes. Unlike other products which use graphical representations of players, Highlight Games uses and licenses real game footage to create the most realistic betting and gaming opportunities. Highlight Games content is omni-channel and can be played in retail venues, online and mobile each with a flexible approach for the operator.

Steven Holmes, CEO, Highlight Games said: ‘I’m delighted to be announcing this agreement which will allow Highlight to introduce a whole new product range to its growing portfolio of exclusive video virtual products. Tennis has huge international appeal, and our new games will give punters the opportunity to bet on highlights featuring their favourite players in a variety of formats. We pride ourselves on offering our customers the most realistic betting and gaming experiences, and I’m confident that this new range of products featuring legends of the game; past and present will be a game, set and match with customers.’

David Lampitt, CEO, TDI, added: ‘TDI is delighted to have entered into this agreement which will combine Highlight Games’ innovative approach to virtual sports products with men’s professional tennis, creating incremental value from archive assets. The ATP Tour has huge global appeal and I’m sure that these new games will be popular with fans across the world.’
