FBM Foundation Donates to Schools in Laguna and Cavite to Boost Digital Educational Progress

The successful projects launched by the FBM Foundation in May demonstrate the organization’s commitment to developing the next generation of digital leaders and improving communities via education.

A large contribution to Mabato National High School included 15 computer sets, furnishings, and 300 FBM Foundation backpacks. The turnover ceremony, conducted on May 17th, was attended by Pepe Costa, FBM’s Country Manager for the Philippines, and six volunteers who recognized the work of Gareth M. Prondoza, the School Head, and the entire staff.

The FBM Foundation also contributed 35 computers, furniture, air conditioners, and 800 bags to Dr. Jose P. Rizal Senior High School. A graduation ceremony at the school honored Renato Almeida, Director of FBM, and other prominent leaders, as well as 15 committed volunteers.

Renovations and Enhancements

In addition to equipment donations, the FBM Foundation managed the restoration of computer laboratories and faculty rooms at both campuses. The transformation was made possible by the tireless efforts of a dedicated volunteer team, who created secure and conducive learning spaces for kids and staff.

The FBM Foundation’s motto, “Building a Champion by a Champion: Shaping Digital Leaders Tomorrow,” captures the organization’s aim of driving good change via education. By collaborating with schools and communities, the foundation hopes to inspire kids and pave the road for a better future.

A total of 27 volunteers contributed significantly to the refurbishment and turnover ceremonies, demonstrating the collaborative effort and passion engaged in this beneficial endeavor.
