Rocket League’s Competitive Season 14 Extended by Psyonix, Unveiling Ranked Rewards

Rocket League Season 14 and Rocket Pass 6 Extended

The release of a new competitive season in Rocket League will be delayed, as announced by Psyonix. The company has extended competitive season 14 and the Rocket Pass until a later date in the summer. Along with this announcement, Psyonix has also revealed the upcoming ranked rewards for the end of the season.

The delay is due to the major changes coming to Rocket League with the next update. Psyonix has mentioned that the update will introduce new ranks for players at Grand Champion. Both competitive season 14 and the Rocket Pass have been extended until the update is released on the live servers.

Psyonix has not provided exact dates yet, but promises that the update will go live later this summer and more information will be provided in July. The company is keeping the dates a secret for now.

Upcoming Rewards for the End of the Season

In addition to the extension of Rocket Pass 6 and competitive season 14, Psyonix has also revealed the rewards for the end of the season. Players can look forward to a matching set of player banners and avatar borders. Each rank will have its own color, ranging from metallic bronze to the red Grand Champion banner.

Unlike previous rewards, the banners and borders will remain fairly consistent as the ranks progress. For example, the season 13 wheels became more intricate and changed color as players reached higher ranks.

Celebrate Rocket League’s Fifth Anniversary

While waiting for more details about the future of Rocket League, players can participate in the game’s fifth-anniversary event, which runs until July 13. During this event, balloons can be earned in each match and exchanged for exclusive cosmetics or golden eggs.
