Players in Palworld face a difficult choice when it comes to butchering their own Pals. The act itself is brutal and controversial, but it offers valuable rewards. When a Pal is butchered, players have a chance to obtain rare Legendary Schematics from Alpha Pals as additional drops. Interestingly, a recent glitch has allowed players to spare their Pal’s life even after the butchering process. However, some players are adamantly against killing their own Pals or unlocking the use of the Meat Cleaver altogether.
