10) Claude Speed
This silent protagonist shouldn’t come as a surprise as the lowest-ranked character. It’s hard to relate to a character who lacks personality, earning him the last place.
9) Victor Vance
Victor Vance’s story spans across Vice City and Vice City Stories, with the latter being his best performance. His relatable journey of providing for his family sets him apart from silent protagonists.
8) Johnny Klebitz
The Lost and the Damned protagonist secures the eighth spot. His impactful presence made him one of the top 10 characters in the franchise, as evident from his appearance in GTA 5.
