A New Heist is Coming to GTA Online, Launching Next Week
The highly anticipated Diamond Casino Heist will be available in GTA Online starting from Dec. 12. The official announcement follows a teaser video that was released on Twitter yesterday.
Rockstar Games stated that infiltrating the opulent Diamond Casino will not be an easy feat. It requires thorough preparation to accomplish the ultimate goal of breaching the vault, seizing valuable items, and seeking revenge against the Duggan family.
This new heist is set to be the most ambitious in Grand Theft Auto Online. The previous heists were introduced in March 2015 and December 2017 with the Doomsday Heist update. Now, after a two-year wait, players can once again gear up for an exciting adventure.
Rockstar Games promises an array of opportunities for preparation, including set-up and prep missions that shape the plan of attack. Players will have multiple paths to choose from, face dynamic security measures, and make crucial choices during the heist. The outcome of the mission can change unexpectedly, creating a highly replayable experience with new scenarios each time.
To facilitate planning and operations, players will have access to a retro arcade property as a central hub. However, cracking the vault within the Diamond Casino will require significant effort.
Gather your friends because this heist in GTA Online is designed for four players. Prepare yourselves to take on the casino when the new heist launches next week.
