Grand Theft Auto 6 Reveal Trailer Release Date Revealed
The highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6 has fans eagerly awaiting its release after Rockstar announced that the reveal trailer will drop on December 5, 2023. Surprisingly, the details for this reveal were actually provided months ago.
GTA 6 is without a doubt one of the most highly anticipated video games of all time. After a decade since the release of GTA 5, fans were growing frustrated with the lack of information from Rockstar. However, it turns out that Rockstar did drop some hints, but we just didn’t catch on.
As discovered by Games Radar via LegacyKillaHD on Twitter, a seemingly ordinary gray t-shirt in GTA Online provided all the necessary information to determine the reveal date. The t-shirt featured a string of numbers, and after some investigation, it was revealed that “12523” translates to December 5, 2023, the date of the highly anticipated reveal trailer for GTA 6.
But there’s more. @_Dyllie_ on Twitter pointed out another set of numbers, “040125,” which could potentially hint at a release date of April 2025 for GTA 6. However, since this date falls on April Fool’s Day, it could just be a clever red herring.
It’s worth noting that GTA IV was released on April 29, 2007, so an April release for a GTA game isn’t unprecedented. However, all other mainline GTA releases, including GTA V, were typically released between September and November, and even Red Dead Redemption 2 was released in October. Only time will tell if the April date has any significance for GTA 6.
For now, fans will have to wait a little longer for more information. Hopefully, the reveal trailer will finally put any doubts to rest and provide an official release date for GTA 6.
