5 Must-Have Features for GTA 6 to Delight GTA RP Enthusiasts

5 Essential Features for GTA 6 to Improve Roleplay Experience

The hype for Grand Theft Auto 6 is growing as Rockstar Games recently announced that the trailer for the highly-anticipated sequel will be released in December 2023. One of the reasons for this excitement is the longevity of Grand Theft Auto 5, which continues to receive consistent updates for its online component.

GTA 5 roleplay has also contributed to the game’s enduring popularity, thanks to the use of a third-party mod called FiveM. This mod adds numerous features to the online game, making it more immersive and giving rise to a new genre of gameplay in GTA. With GTA 6 on the horizon, it’s the perfect time to consider which of these features should be implemented into the base game.

1. Proximity Voice Chat is a Must

The inclusion of built-in proximity chat in GTA 6 can greatly enhance the roleplay experience. Proximity chat allows players to communicate with others based on their proximity in the game world, adding a layer of realism and immersion. Current GTA Online servers only offer global voice chat, which can become chaotic when many players talk simultaneously.

Introducing localized or lobby-based voice chat in GTA 6 can expand the roleplay genre and improve the overall game experience for all players.

2. A More Expansive Character Creator

GTA RP fans are eager to see a more expansive character creator in GTA 6. Currently, character creation in GTA Online involves selecting two parents and combining their features to create the face of the character. However, aspects like height and build cannot be customized, limiting the overall customization options.

By providing sliders and the ability to select and edit specific features, GTA 6 can give players more control over their character’s appearance. Improvements to hairstyles, clothing options, and tattoos that can be placed on various body parts will also allow players to express their characters’ personalities more effectively.

3. Vehicle Customization Upgrades

Vehicle customization is a vital aspect of the GTA franchise, and GTA 6 should offer even more customization options. The current car customization in GTA 5 is already extensive, but there is always room for improvement.

GTA 6 can introduce additional options like more detailed painting customization, allowing players to select specific shades from a color wheel and paint individual car doors with different colors. The inclusion of body modifications to change the shape of vehicles would also be a game changer for car enthusiasts.

4. Quality-of-Life Additions to Reduce Reliance on Mods

Mods have added numerous quality-of-life features to GTA 5, enhancing the immersion and overall gameplay experience. GTA 6 can borrow some of these features to eliminate the need for mods. For example, a hunger meter system where players can purchase snacks from vending machines or stores can add realism and provide additional gameplay elements.

Including recreational activities like bowling, go-karting, and unique arcade games within the base game will offer more fun opportunities for players outside of traditional missions. Customizable robberies, jobs, and alternative income options, such as working at Cluckin’ Bell or being a taxi driver, can also add depth to the game world.

5. A Built-In Emote System

GTA 5 included emotes, but their options were limited compared to roleplay servers that offer unique animations. GTA 6 should feature a built-in emote system that allows players to easily access various gestures and animations already present in the game. Dances, waves, and other expressions can greatly enhance character interaction and expression.

Characters should also have the ability to interact with each other using emotes, enabling actions like hugging or high-fiving. This feature adds an extra layer of life and personality to the roleplay experience.

GTA 6 is just around the corner, and fans are eagerly waiting to see what it has in store. Alongside the mentioned features, other potential improvements include serverwide customizable radios, a map with default street names listed, and a new location to explore. By incorporating these features, GTA 6 can create a smoother transition for both roleplayers and casual players from GTA 5.
