Fortnite: Road to gamescom cosplay contest is here!
If you’re a fan of Fortnite and love dressing up in crazy outfits, then this is your chance to shine. Epic Games has just announced the Fortnite: Road to gamescom cosplay contest.
To enter the contest, all you have to do is create a Fortnite-themed cosplay from either Battle Royale or Save the World and submit a photo. The community will then vote for their favorites, and the top four contestants will have the opportunity to compete in the grand finale live at gamescom in Cologne, Germany on Aug. 25.
The grand prize for the winners of the contest is an all-expenses-paid trip to gamescom. This includes flights, hotel accommodations, and tickets to the event. Additionally, the top four contestants are guaranteed a spot in the cosplay contest finale. Other participants who are in Cologne for gamescom can also take part in the event.
But the prizes don’t stop there. Contestants who finish in fifth through 15th place will receive 5,000 V-Bucks, the in-game currency, to purchase more skins for future cosplay inspiration.
Fortnite offers a plethora of costume ideas, thanks to the constant addition of new and exciting skins by Epic Games. From dinosaurs to soldiers to pink teddy bears, there are no limits to what might come next.
