Fortnite Season 8 Week 1 Challenges: Battle Star Location Revealed
Fortnite: Battle Royale players can now embark on the season eight, week one challenges. These challenges require players to explore new areas on the island, including Pirate Camps, Volcano Vents, and solve a riddle about a giant face in the desert, jungle, and snow.
After completing all three free challenges and four premium Battle Pass challenges, players will unlock a special loading screen for their game. This loading screen holds a secret – a hidden Battle Star. By finding and collecting this Battle Star, players will earn a free Battle Pass tier.
Players can spot this Battle Star in any default or limited time game mode, except for Playground.
The clue to finding the hidden Battle Star is in the week one loading screen. It features the new Blackheart skin on a boat in what appears to be a new location introduced in season eight. The tower with a shiny Battle Star floating above it indicates the Battle Star’s location.
The tower can be found in Lazy Lagoon, which has replaced Lazy Links from season seven. It is situated east of the boat at the center of the area.
Once you reach the tower, build your way to the top and interact with the Battle Star. As soon as you exit the match, the reward will be yours.
