New Battle Pass Weekly Challenges in Fortnite: Battle Royale
Fortnite: Battle Royale has released a fresh set of weekly challenges for their Battle Pass. One of the challenges requires players to visit the five highest elevations on the Fortnite island in order to earn Battle Stars and progress towards tier 100 on the Battle Pass. This challenge can be completed in any standard or Limited Time game mode, except for Playground mode.
How to Complete the Challenge
In order to complete the challenge, players must stand in front of a small wooden sign that indicates the elevation of that area. Simply landing near the sign will not count towards progress.
Finding the highest elevations in Fortnite may seem intuitive at first. The island has a massive volcano located in the northeast and a named location called Polar Peak, both of which are the highest points. However, locating the other three elevations might be more challenging.

Here is a map that shows the locations of the five highest elevations in Fortnite. Players can visit these locations in any order they choose. The map includes detailed instructions for each sign’s location.
Volcano
The volcano is indeed the highest elevation in the game. Players must reach the summit of the volcano and check the sign to the south in order to complete the challenge.
Polar Peak
As the name suggests, Polar Peak is another high elevation area. Players can find the sign to the west of the castle’s ceiling, located north of Polar Peak.
Submarine
A submarine stuck on the summit of a mountain southeast of Frosty Flights is the third highest elevation on the map. It is easier to reach the submarine by landing directly on it instead of building towards it.
Shopping Cart Mountain
Located south of Pleasant Park, this mountain used to have Shopping Carts that players could use to drive down a ramp and fly short distances. It is now the fourth highest elevation in Fortnite.
Snobby Shores Mountain
The fifth highest elevation in the game is a mountain northeast of Snobby Shores. Players can find the sign near a rock to complete the challenge.
