Vinny1x Crowned Champion at ESL Katowice Royale Solo Tournament

Vinny “Vinny1x” Gerald Gilgan, the newest member of TSM, emerged as the winner of the solo tournament at the Fortnite: Battle Royale event ESL Katowice Royale. He secured victory with an impressive score of 319 points.

Close Competition

Vinny1x finished just three points ahead of Max “Magin” Merrien from Team Atlantis, who took second place. Duong “Kinstaar” Huynh from Solary claimed the third spot, albeit with a significant point difference.

Impressive Performance

Vinny1x achieved this victory by consistently performing well in all seven matches of the solo tournament at ESL Katowice Royale in Poland. He competed against renowned Fortnite players such as Noah “Vivid” Wright and Thomas “72hrs” Mulligan from Team Liquid, as well as Trevor “FunkBomb” Siegler and Nate Hill from FaZe Clan.

Past Successes

Vinny1x has a track record of strong placements in official Fortnite tournaments. He secured third place with his teammate Anthony “ZexRow” Colandro at the TwitchCon 2018 duos tournament. Although his performance was not as remarkable in the recent Winter Royale and Secret Skirmish tournaments, he still managed to secure 14th and 12th place respectively, surpassing several skilled players.

Upcoming Duos Tournament

Vinny1x will partner with ZexRow again for the Duos tournament at ESL Katowice Royale. The tournament will span two days, starting tomorrow. Matches are scheduled to begin at 7:20am CT on both Saturday and Sunday. The duo, along with many others, will battle it out to determine the ultimate champion of the ESL Katowice Royale.
