The record for most kills in a Fortnite console squad has been shattered

Fortnite Record Broken by Australian Squad

An Australian squad consisting of Fortitude_Fqrbes, Nexjs, tactjc-, and NadeXC has broken the long-standing squad kills console record in Fortnite. The previous record of 59 kills was set in April, and the Australian team beat it by just two kills on PS4.

Record and Fame in Fortnite History

By securing a total of 61 kills, the Australian squad has not only claimed the record but also earned a place in Fortnite history. However, their record may not last long as another team might come along and surpass it.

PC Record Also Broken in September

In September, the PC record for squad kills was broken three times in a single day. Jamal “Jamside” Saidayev, Artur “7ssk7” Kyourshin of Virtus Pro, and Oskar “3vil” Żeljazkow and Mallqui “sifflol” Farinango Klag secured the record with a combined 57 kills.

Lust for Blood in the Fall Skirmish Series

The desire for kills in Fortnite has intensified with the introduction of the new trial system in the Fall Skirmish series. Teams are now rewarded with cash prizes and club points for getting the most eliminations in a game.

Given the current trend, it won’t be surprising if another squad breaks the record soon. However, achieving a perfect 96 kills in one game may be a challenge that is yet to be conquered.
