Epic Games Announces Winners of Fortnite’s Blockbuster Contest
Fortnite’s summer contest, Blockbuster, officially ended two months ago. The competition aimed to inspire content creators to produce superhero-themed movies using the game’s in-game replay system.
“Prepare for Collision” Wins Top Honors
After careful consideration, Janthony’s three-minute summer blockbuster, titled “Prepare for Collision,” was chosen as the winner. It was featured in-game at Risky Reels, showcasing the creator’s epic skills.
Janthony was not the only winner, though. Eight other talented creators were also recognized for their outstanding films and were rewarded with V-Bucks prizes as a token of appreciation. The winners were recently revealed by Epic Games.
In total, a grand prize of 82,500 V-Bucks was distributed among the winners. These V-Bucks can be used by the recipients to enhance their gaming experience by acquiring various new skins and Battle Passes in the upcoming months.
