The First Fortnite Funko Pop! Figure Revealed, Inspired by Popular Rex Skin
The first Funko Pop! figure for Fortnite: Battle Royale has been revealed and it takes inspiration from the popular in-game Rex skin.
Funko recently announced its partnership with Epic Games to create Fortnite-themed toys and collectibles. Just a few days after this announcement, the inaugural figurine was introduced on Twitter.
Funko CEO Brian Mariotti stated, “We are thrilled to collaborate and partner with Epic Games to create the inaugural Fortnite product collection and to bring these characters to life for the first time. This collection will be a true celebration of Fortnite’s incredible popularity and cultural significance, and we believe our Funko Fortnite collectibles will strongly resonate with fans of the game.”
It’s no surprise that the most popular video game in the world would team up with one of the biggest pop-culture toy makers to create collectibles and figurines for fans to enjoy.

Epic Games vice president Mark Rein expressed excitement about the collaboration, saying, “We’re all big fans of Funko’s collectibles, so we were thrilled when we had the chance to partner with them on the Fortnite collection. We hope our players are as excited as we are about all of the cool stuff that’s on its way.”
The Rex Funko Pop! figure is just the beginning, as the Fortnite collection will include 10 product lines, such as Pop! figures, five Star Figures, Pint Size Heroes, Vynl, keychains, POP! apparel, and more.
At this time, the price and information on how to preorder or purchase the Rex Funko Pop! figure have not been disclosed.
