Fortnite’s Holiday-Themed Event Returns to the Game
Epic Games announced on Jan. 4 that the 14 Days of Fortnite event would come back “next week.” Today, the event is live once again in Fortnite.
Event Extended for Limited Time
“We communicated an incorrect end date for the 14 Days of Fortnite event and did not feel the Equalizer Glider compensation was the right approach,” said Epic last week. “After further discussion, we’ve decided to bring back this event early next week through [Jan. 15 at 2am CT]. We’ll also be enabling some of the most popular Limited Time Modes that were available during the event.”
Fortnite players who missed out on completing the unique challenges will now have the opportunity to participate in the event again. To start off the 14 Days of Fortnite’s return, Epic has brought back the new Slide LTM that was introduced on Dec. 22.
Complete Challenges Before Jan.15
If you still have any 14 Days of Fortnite challenges to complete, you better act quickly! The event will only be available until Jan. 15 at 2am CT. This is likely your last chance to finish the challenges, as it’s unlikely Epic will bring back the event for a third time.
