The highly anticipated Season 6 of Fortnite: Battle Royale is just two days away, and game developer Epic Games is already throwing fans for a loop with its mysterious teasers.
The second teaser image, titled “Saddle Up,” was posted on Twitter earlier today. The image features a masked cowgirl with a purple lightning bolt, leaving fans puzzled about the upcoming theme.
The lightning bolt in the teaser image may be connected to the recent appearance of the purple cube in the game, which emitted a similar bolt when damaged. The cube ended up in Loot Lake a few days ago, sparking speculation among players.
Epic Games also released the first teaser image yesterday, which featured what appeared to be a robotic llama DJ. This unexpected twist raised questions about the futuristic theme that was previously speculated. However, based on the current teasers, it seems like the new season may have a Halloween costume party theme, considering the season will stretch through October and into November.
Epic Games is expected to release one more teaser image tomorrow before Season 6 begins on September 27th.
