The Mysterious Helicopter in Fortnite: Battle Royale
In season eight of Fortnite: Battle Royale, players have been intrigued by the appearance of a helicopter on the island. This helicopter has been seen moving around various locations on the map, sparking curiosity among players.
Initially, the helicopter was spotted northeast of Lazy Lagoon. It then made its way east along the coast, eventually reaching south of Paradise Palms. From there, it started moving west towards Happy Hamlet and then continued north, landing south of Polar Peak and east of the Viking Village.
Surprisingly, instead of returning to its initial location, the helicopter is currently parked west of Dusty Divot. Although it hasn’t made any changes to the area or previous landing spots, there’s no indication that it is there to stay.
Players are baffled by the purpose of this helicopter and its mysterious movements. It remains unclear if its final move will trigger an in-game event. However, players have noticed that the helicopter follows a pattern of moving exclusively along the island’s borders. Additionally, it seems to move whenever a helicopter item is available for purchase in the Item Shop. Despite its current landing at Loot Lake, there have been no significant developments.
Based on these observations, it is likely that the helicopter will resume its movement when another helicopter item becomes available in the Item Shop.
