Epic Games Teases New Character in Fortnite: Battle Royale
Epic Games released a teaser for Fortnite: Battle Royale today with the message “Ruin is coming…” accompanied by a dark image of a warrior wearing heavy armor and glowing eyes.
The identity of this new character remains a mystery to players, as there are no significant in-game events that provide clues about its origin or purpose within Fortnite.
Players have adjusted the image’s lighting to try and discern more details about the creature. By doing so, it becomes apparent that the creature’s helmet is partially melted. However, the face underneath remains unrecognizable, leaving players wondering who is behind the mask.
There are some speculations surrounding this teaser. One theory suggests that it may be related to an exclusive Legendary cosmetic item that players can unlock by completing the Discovery challenges in season eight. Given that players are currently two weeks away from unlocking the Discovery skin, this teaser could be a hint towards it.
