Marshmello-themed event and skins are heading to Fortnite

Marshmello Collaborating with Fortnite for Exciting In-Game Event

Renowned music producer Christopher “Marshmello” Comstock is teaming up with Fortnite: Battle Royale for an exclusive in-game event.

Leaker Lucas7yoshi took to Twitter today to reveal that Marshmello will be hosting an epic event in Fortnite on Feb. 2 at 1pm CT. Leaked images of the event show Marshmello holding Boogie Bombs at Pleasant Park, located in the Northwest corner of the map.

In addition to the event, players can also look forward to Marshmello-themed skins including an outfit, pickaxe, and various emotes that perfectly capture the electronic DJ’s signature image. The emotes, named “Marsh Walk” and “Keep It Mello,” along with the pickaxe called “Marshy Smasher,” provide players with a unique Marshmello experience within the game.

Marshmello is no stranger to Fortnite, having collaborated with popular Twitch streamer Tyler “Ninja” Blevins in the past. Their partnership was showcased at the E3 Celebrity Pro-Am tournament as well as in various livestreams. Marshmello is best known for his chart-topping collaborations with artists like Bastille (“Happier”), Khalid (“Silence”), Selena Gomez (“Wolves”), and Logic (“Everyday”).
