Leak suggests Fortnite’s upcoming excavation site will be located at Look Lake

Fortnite: Battle Royale Fans Discover Location of Next Digging Site

Fans of Fortnite: Battle Royale have already uncovered the location of the next digging site on the island. Leaker FortTory recently shared a video that shows the potential appearance of the fully dug up area, revealing that it is under Loot Lake.

The new digging site at Loot Lake appears to be larger than the one at Dusty Divot, although it may be less eventful. It seems that there is only one chest, and nothing interesting is hidden beneath the dirt. However, it is difficult to predict if this area will be covered by lava, if a new Volcano Vent will appear, or if anything volcano-related will emerge.

If this digging site follows the pattern of the previous ones, players will be able to damage the dirt chunks to uncover the entire area. Any damage caused to the dirt chunks will be processed on the server side and shown as a passive health decrease for each chunk to all players in any Fortnite match who visit the area.

This is the third digging site to appear in Fortnite’s season eight. The first digging site was near Paradise Palms, where players uncovered a few treasure chests and a Volcano Vent. The dirt chunks in that area had 500 million health points each. The second digging site was at Dusty Divot, where players unearthed many more chunks, each with one billion health points. As they dug, players discovered a total of 11 chests. However, once the excavation was complete, lava emerged and covered the entire site, destroying everything except one chest.

The Loot Lake digging site has yet to be confirmed by players. Once it is live in the game, the excavation will begin and players will finally uncover the mystery lurking beneath.
