The Infinity Blade Returns to Fortnite in Limited Capacity
The infamous weapon known as the Infinity Blade has made its comeback in Fortnite: Battle Royale, but with a catch. It is now available in the new Sword Fight LTM, where players can find it in treasure chests along with other high-quality weapons. The mode challenges players to prove their worthiness by battling it out for the Blade.
Originally introduced in Patch 7.01 on Dec. 11, 2018, the Infinity Blade was quickly deemed too powerful and was subsequently removed from the game on Dec. 14.

However, the sword has now made a comeback in the Sword Fight LTM, offering a unique gameplay experience. Most Fortnite fans are relieved that the Infinity Blade is limited to this mode and not available in the standard playlists.
