Guide to Finishing the ‘Visit a Giant Face in the Desert, the Jungle, and the Snow’ Fortnite Season 8 Challenge

Fortnite Season 8 Challenges: How to Find the Giant Faces

The new season of Fortnite: Battle Royale is here and with it comes a fresh set of challenges on the updated map. Players who own the premium Battle Pass have access to seven tasks in week one of season eight. While some challenges are straightforward, a few may require some assistance.

Challenge: Visit Giant Faces in the Desert, Jungle, and Snow

One of the premium challenges requires players to visit giant faces in three different locations: the desert, the jungle, and the snow. While not particularly difficult, finding these faces can be tricky if you’re unsure where to look.

The Desert

Head to the southeast corner of the map to find the giant face in the desert. It is located on the side of a mountain near Westworld, the same mountain where players danced on top of an RV crown in season seven.

The Jungle

Look for the giant face in the jungle at Sunny Steps—one of the new points of interest introduced in season eight. This face can be found on the side of a small hill in the southeast portion of Sunny Steps.

The Snow

The giant face in the snow can be found near the southernmost part of the snow-covered area on the map. It is east of Happy Hamlet and west of Lucky Landing.

By visiting all three of these giant faces, you will make significant progress towards completing the week one challenges of season eight.
