Finding the Secret Banner in Fortnite Season 7: A Guide
Locating secret items in Fortnite: Battle Royale’s season seven has become more challenging. This week’s secret banner is only visible to players who have completed six full weeks of challenges. Therefore, only those with the premium Battle Pass have the ability to see and obtain the week six secret banner.
Players eligible to find the banner can collect it in any Battle Royale standard or Limited Time Mode, except for Playground.
Loading Screen Hint
Upon completing six weeks of challenges, players will unlock a new loading screen featuring Onesie offering them a delicious Durrr Burger. However, this loading screen hides a clue as to where the secret banner can be found this week.
On the left side of Onesie, below the only blue balloon on the loading screen, there is a chalkboard with a drawing of what appears to be a creature wearing a crown. A glowing banner hovers over the crown.
Secret Banner Location
If you have progressed this far in the weekly challenges, this drawing may seem familiar. It resembles the crown of RVs challenge from week one. The RV-covered mountain with a grumpy face can be found south of the desert biome in the H10 square. It is located southwest of the small village often referred to as Westworld and far south of Paradise Palms. This is where you will locate the week six secret banner.
To reach the top of the mountain, you can either build or use the zip lines that surround it. Once you have reached the summit, go to the middle of the crown of RVs and you will find the banner hovering above that area. Interact with it to unlock this banner in your Locker. Although it will not grant you Battle Stars or additional benefits, you can now use it in your game profile.
“I can’t find it!”
Remember that secret items in season seven only appear after completing all challenges of a certain number of sets. If you only complete week six challenges and skip weeks one through five, you will not be able to see this secret banner.
If you are searching for this banner while other weekly challenges are already available, you will be able to see it once you have completed any six weeks of challenges.
Players who only have the free Battle Pass are unable to see secret items, as they are unable to complete all seven challenges each week.
