Fortnite’s possible Nintendo Switch debut leaked ahead of E3

Rumor suggests Fortnite will be announced for Nintendo Switch

Gaming enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting news about one of the hottest titles of the year, Fortnite, and now the pre-E3 rumor mill suggests that the game will soon be announced for the Nintendo Switch.

This rumor originates from 4chan, so it should be taken with a grain of salt, but it does have some convincing aspects. According to an anonymous poster, the image circulating is supposedly from someone who creates showroom displays and claims that these are the E3 floor plans. Take a look at the image below.

The leaked image not only includes Fortnite, but also reveals other upcoming titles such as DragonBall FighterZ, FIFA 19, Paladins, Killer Queen Black, and Overcooked 2. It also confirms the presence of highly anticipated Switch games like Mario Tennis Aces and Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate.

Although the leaked image only shows the Fortnite logo without any specific details, it remains unclear whether the game will include Save the World, Battle Royale, or both. However, given its immense popularity, it would be a smart move for Epic Games to bring Fortnite to the Nintendo Switch and further capitalize on its success in 2018.

Nintendo Switch is one of the few platforms where Fortnite is not yet available, though it is slated to launch on Android later this summer. As of now, players can enjoy Fortnite on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and iOS devices.

Nintendo’s highly anticipated E3 conference is scheduled for June 12 at 11am CT, so gamers won’t have to wait much longer for official confirmation. Until then, fans can consider this rumor an exciting possibility for Nintendo and Fortnite enthusiasts.
