First Weekly Challenges of Fortnite Season 8 Now Live!
The first set of weekly challenges for Fortnite: Battle Royale season eight are now available. The recent v8.00 update brought exciting new additions to the game, making it easier than ever for players to complete their challenges.
Easy Completion with Battle Pass
All players have three challenges to complete. However, those with the season eight Battle Pass, including those who received it for free during season seven, can unlock four additional challenges to earn Battle Stars and increase their Battle Pass rank. To speed up the process, players can now use the Party Assist system, which allows a friend in their party to help them complete challenges faster.
Challenge Restrictions
As always, players can complete any Battle Pass challenge in default modes like Solo, Duos, and Squads, as well as in Limited Time Modes in Battle Royale. However, Playground and Creative matches do not count towards challenge progress.
For a better chance at completing challenging objectives, players might consider attempting them in big-team modes like 50v50. These modes provide more time to explore the map and increase the odds of surviving to complete tricky challenges that can be difficult in default playlists.
