Fortnite: Battle Royale to Introduce Permanent Playground Game Mode

Fortnite: Battle Royale’s Playground Mode Becomes Permanent Feature

Good news for Fortnite players! The popular Limited Time Mode, Playground, will now be a permanent addition to the game, according to a recent announcement from the official Fortnite Twitch account.

This casual game mode allows players to enjoy up to one hour of play in a more relaxed environment. Originally introduced with the v4.5 update on June 27, the mode was temporarily removed due to matchmaking issues. However, after addressing the problems, Playground was added back into the game.

Since its return, players have been showcasing their creativity in Playground, even designing impressive Mario Kart tracks. The mode has received positive reviews for its creative freedom and laid-back nature, making it a favorite among fans. It’s no surprise that Epic Games has decided to make it a permanent feature in Fortnite.

Developers are currently working on improving Playground, but no specific timeline has been given. As with previous Limited Time Modes, changes are expected to be made once the mode has been in the game for a few weeks. There is speculation that the permanent Playground mode may be released at the start of Season Five, which is coming soon.

Until the official release date is announced, players can continue to let their creativity shine and push the boundaries of Fortnite: Battle Royale in the Playground mode.
