Fortnite announces retail release for Fall season

Epic Games Partners with Warner Bros. for Retail Release of Fortnite: Deep Freeze Bundle

Epic Games has teamed up with Warner Bros. to launch a retail version of the popular battle royale game, Fortnite, this November. The game will be available worldwide for Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One, and will cost around $25 to $30. Players can also choose to purchase the game as a digital download.

What’s Included in the Bundle?

The Fortnite: Deep Freeze Bundle includes the Fortnite: Battle Royale game along with a premium content pack consisting of the Frostbite Outfit, Cold Front Glider, Chill-Axe Pickaxe, Freezing Point Back Bling, and 1,000 V-Bucks. These V-Bucks can be used to purchase a variety of items, including the next Battle Royale pass or an item from the Fortnite store.

Interestingly, the Save the World game mode will not be included in this bundle. Save the World is Fortnite’s paid PVE mode, where players must construct bases and defend against waves of enemies. However, the Battle Royale mode, which is free to play, will be included.

What’s Happening in Fortnite Season Six?

Fortnite’s season six is currently underway, offering players new items to collect. The season is currently in its second week, with eight more weeks of challenges and surprises before season seven starts.
